Air-Fryer Mac and Cheese

Ingredients


  • 2-1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1-1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Description

  1. Preheat air-fryer to 360°. Grease an 8-inch metal cake pan. Add milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard and nutmeg; stir until combined. Mix in macaroni, cream cheese, butter and 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese.
  2. Place pan in air fryer basket; bake 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese; bake until top is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes longer.
